Casa Piccolo in Windhoek is a hidden gem that exceeded our expectations. The value for money is excellent, with competitive prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is remarkable - from the clean, well-furnished rooms to the reliable free WiFi in the garden area. The location is perfect, situated in a nice neighborhood and within easy reach of attractions like the Namibian desert and the fun eatery, Joe's Beergarden. The staff were attentive and ready to help us with everything we needed, making our stay truly enjoyable. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast that started our days off on the right foot.

All was more than ok, nothing that needed improvement.

Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The breakfast was tasty, with good variety. The hotel is located near a few restaurants and the parking is convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when we asked for more towels.

The walls in the rooms are quite thin, which can lead to disturbances from noisy neighbors.

The hotel had a decent breakfast spread, and it was conveniently located near the airport and major attractions. the staff seemed friendly and welcoming.

During my weekend stay, the temperature in the hotel was uncomfortably cold. the heating in the rooms was inadequate, and it was freezing in common areas as well.
